This has been the most horrible experience EVER! My 76 year old aunt purchased a home from these crooks, they dropped the home on the property, and it sat for 2 months. She has been virtually homeless for the past two months because of the outright failure of this company to honor its own contract. Mike Green and his staff are rude, incompetent, and take advantage of the elderly. What they have done to this 76 year old woman should be, by any standards, criminal. And, THE ONLY reason they got 1 star was because I couldn't post my review without it.
I would not now buy a cup of coffee from this establishment. My husband and I bought a mobile home for parents in October 2013. They were supposed to be renovating the trailer and have it completed in November. There was supposed to be a 3 day lapse while they moved the old trailer out and the new one in. They did not complete the restoration by the move in date but they went ahead and moved it in anyway. We paid them $1000 to move the old trailer but they just moved it to another piece of the property.

I tryed to get some basic information from this place and all I got was spoken down to. I do not understand how these people have been in business this long if that is how they speak to clients. If I could give no stars I absolutely would.
Now the 3 days that it was supposed to take turned into from November to January and that was with me calling every week and yelling about the work that was not completed. There were weeks at times that workers did not show up. The work that was completed was shoty and unsound. Finally they supposedly complete it in January, though we are still missing screens for every window.

Mike Green is not someone you want to buy a home from. His contractors do a shotty job and cut corners. He says he will do things and either doesn't do them or takes a long time to get to it. When I try to contact them I leave messages with no call backs and when I do talk to them he says he will send his crew out and they never show. Even simple things like painting; there are huge drip lines all over the walls. The trailer that we paid him $ months ago to move is also sitting in my front yard. When I called him today he told me that I should be grateful for the work he and his workers had done. Apparently it is something you must thank him for even though he was paid in full for it. He also threatened to sue me, for what I am unsure, if I called the zoning commission on him about the trailer still sitting in my yard.
Takes too long to fix anything...waiting since October 2016 to get water line that Columbia Water Company used sub-contractor to move meters. If someone rents this place the owner of the land should be responsible for all water from now on... We were looking for a do it you self kinda deal. Owner blew us completely off after we didnt want to spend on a preowned redone mobile home.
